Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. All your existing projects and data remain intact.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers — everything is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

If you reach your monthly project limit or daily AI call limit on the Free plan, you will see a clear message letting you know. Your existing projects and data are never affected — you just cannot create new projects or make additional AI calls until the limit resets. Monthly limits reset on the first of each month, and daily limits reset at midnight UTC. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to remove these limits.

Your data is hosted on secure, encrypted infrastructure. All connections use TLS encryption in transit, and data is encrypted at rest. We use Supabase for our database, which runs on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. Your supplier data, bids, and project details are private to your account and never shared with other users or used to train AI models.

The Free plan itself serves as your trial — you can use RFXapp with real projects and real suppliers to see how it works before committing to Pro. The Free plan includes the core features like AI bid evaluation and supplier discovery, so you get a genuine feel for the platform. When you are ready for unlimited projects, AI negotiation, and Excel RFP generation, upgrading to Pro is instant.

RFXapp is currently designed for individual users. Each account is a single seat. Team and multi-user features — including shared projects, role-based access, and collaborative bidding — are on our roadmap. If you are not satisfied with Pro within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us at support@rfxapp.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, we do not offer partial refunds, but you can cancel at any time and continue using Pro until the end of your billing period.
